RETURNS & REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the product to us in it’s original “new and unused” condition within 7 days of the goods being dispatched. New and unused means, all original tags attached and items unused and unsoiled. We are unable to accept items that are not in the original sale condition. We reserve the right to refuse a product that we consider does not meet these requirements. Please note that all sale items are fully non exchangeable or refundable unless the item is faulty.

Refunds: In the event that you wish to return an item for refund, please email us to notify that you are returning the item/s. Post the item/s back to us and notify us of the Australia post tracking number. A refund will be processed to you once we have received the goods in their original condition. You will be refunded by the same method which you paid, excluding the shipping charges. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please provide the tracking ID once the item has been posted. Please note that we hold no responsibility for items that go missing through the post.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for another product you must return the item to us within 7 days. Simply contact us to notify you wish to exchange the item and nominate an alternative product. We will hold that product for you until your goods are returned. Exchange of orders will be carried out once the item is returned in the original condition, unused, unsoiled and tags attached. All postage costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. Please keep appropriate proof of postage as we hold no responsibility for items that go missing through the post. An invoice for the return postage costs will be forwarded once your item has been returned for exchange.
Damaged Items: We take great care in packaging your goods safely. In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit, we cannot accept responsibility. Please request insurance when you place your order. You will then be covered for loss or damage in transit.
Faulty Products: If the product is faulty please contact us and we will be happy to exchange your product or give you a refund. All postage costs for faulty goods will be covered by us.
Product Colour Discrepancies & Portrayal: Every effort is made to portray items accurately. Please be advised all computer screen colour settings vary and can affect the way products appear on the viewing monitor. Tropical Paradise Art shall not be held responsible for any colour discrepancies. We will make every effort possible to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible. Most of our products are hand painted or hand made and may vary slightly to the photo. These are not faults and are part of the individual character of the creation.
